Brian Davison - Founder

Brian Davison has over 25 years experience designing, developing, financing, leasing, and managing commercial projects across the real estate spectrum. Mr. Davison founded Crelaborative Group to bring this expertise directly to clients in an simple collaborative format.

Prior to founding Crelaborative Group, Mr. Davison established and led JLL’s Consulting and Advisory Group for New Jersey and surrounding suburban markets. During this period, Mr. Davison engineered cost saving occupancy strategies that drove value for both tenants and landlords.  Brokerage advisory also included property and debt valuation, lease valuation and structuring, consulting on loan agreements, development agreements, servicing documents, and other legal contracts that dictate complex real estate transactions.

Prior to JLL, Mr. Davison spent 10 years on Wall Street working through the highs and lows of the most recent market cycles. As a Director on Citigroup’s CMBS trading desk he was responsible for identifying trading and investment opportunities in distressed real estate. As a member of the Large Loan Group, Mr. Davison underwrote, executed, and managed over $3.0B of loan transactions across all property types, and resolved several loan work-outs and real property dispositions. 

Mr. Davison began his career as a designer and project manager at Fox & Fowle Architects (now FX Collaborative) where he completed various Times Square office developments and transit projects. 

Mr. Davison received his Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University. He is a licensed Architect in the State of New York, a licensed real estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
